The design team had great design ideas and a helpful variety of samples. The painter and carpenter were efficient and prompt. The plumber recognized my unique dishwasher connection immediately. The countertop installers carried two quartz countertops up a flight of stairs and completed the installation without affecting existing tile work. The overall service is top notch. Thank you to the office staff for regular communications via phone and email. Despite the pandemic, DJ's personnel completed a kitchen remodeling project according to plan and on schedule. Thank you for adding value and appeal to my kitchen in a professional and friendly manner!

The stain didn't take on the first application, probably because of the rain. I was surprised you completely redid the job. I think most contractors would have said there was a problem with the wood over which they have no control and left it at that. This could have been a bad experience, but you did everything possible to rectify the situation which made it a good experience. Everyone has apologized for the problem which I don't think was necessary. Something happened which was out of their control and they fixed it. No apologies necessary but were appreciated as part of your effort to give the customer the best job possible.
