The stain didn't take on the first application, probably because of the rain. I was surprised DJ's completely re-did the job. I think most contractors would have said there was a problem with the work over which they had no control and left it at that. DJ's made sure we were satisfied which made it a good experience. Everyone apologized for the problem which I didn't think was necessary. Something happened which was out of their control and they fixed it.
